Terms & Conditions


Warranties vary by product and is stated in the description of each product.

In case of no warranty stated in the product description, that product carries no warranty.

In case of a suspected defect, the product can be returned to dixi.co.za for repair only after authorisation from dixi.co.za has been obtained.

The warranty does not include any transportation or postage costs.

Out of warranty repairs are made at a standard charge.

All suspected defects must be assessed by the technician/s of dixi.co.za before a repair, exchange or refund can be negotiated.

If technical assistance or advice is offered or given to the customer, such advice or assistance is given free of charge and only as an accommodation to the customer. Dixi.co.za shall not be held liable for the content or the customer’s use of such assistance nor shall any statement made by any representative of dixi.co.za in connection with the product constitute a warranty, whether express or implied.


Our return policy is valid for 7 days from date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition and packaging that you received it.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

* Personalised items.

* Specially made goods.

* Gift cards.

* Downloadable software products.

* Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Dixi.co.za shall not be held liable for loss of profits or revenue, manufacturing expenses, overheads, business interruption costs, loss of data, removal or reinstallation costs, injury to reputation, punitive damages, loss of contracts or orders, or any indirect, special or consequential damages of any nature.

The customer will indemnify, defend and hold dixi.co.za harmless from any claims based on dixi.co.za’s compliance with the customer’s instructions or specifications, modifications of the product by anyone other than dixi.co.za, or the use of any product in combination with any other products which was not approved by dixi.co.za.
